Conditions of Sale

• Bulbs are living, breathing jewels. We guarantee that your bulbs will arrive in a healthy state - if not you will have 5 days after delivery to notify us if you have a problem and we will replace your order. Unfortunately we can't guarantee your bulbs due to hungry animals such as porcupines, Franklin, bush pig or pets who enjoy gardening!
• All bulbs are posted  in a healthy state, soil free, clean and to the best of our knowledge pest free
• We undertake to post quality bulbs at flowering age. If the bulbs do not flower in their first year of planting please do not be concerned , some bulbs are known for 'sulking'. Please contact us if you would like further advice. This is Free!!
• We undertake to the above guarantee but require you to guarantee that you plant your jewels on receipt and to nurture your living gift - we will not replace a bulb if it has died through drought or circumstances beyond our control!
